In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

Access to and use of the pak465 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times:

To access real-money services on pak465, you must complete the account registration process in full and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to the following obligations in respect of your registered account:

The following general conditions apply to all bonus offers unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pak465 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds arising from technical failures, connectivity issues, or server downtime beyond pak465's reasonable control.
• Loss resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account login credentials.
• Any losses arising from reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, game descriptions, or promotional content.
• Interruptions to service caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party payment provider outages, or force majeure events.

pak465 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Discovery that a user is under the age of 21, or has provided false information regarding their age or identity during registration or KYC verification.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or collusion.
• Discovery of duplicate accounts linked to the same person.
